Kodiak Star Delayed by Solar Storm

The launch of the Kodiak Star Athena I carrying PCSat and Sapphire...will
not occur before Saturday 29 Sept. The coronal mass ejection flared again,
driving 10MeV proton flux to 1200 times maximum allowable levels. There is
a 30% chance of yet another flare, driving flux levels even higher. This
is the second largest event since records have been kept (30 years).

Chances of NOGO on the launch are 100% Wed, Thurs, Fri, 80% Sat-Sun, and
60% Mon-Tues. Terrestrial weather deteriorates Wed but recovers for the
