[amsat-bb] Re: "spontaneous" LEILA activation

Sorry for the double message.

I wanted to add that the First 10 or so pictures from
May were sent befor Leila was turned on. And the same 
Pulses are clearly visible.
Also the last two nites the popping and clicking were
very noticeable. Even on CW signals.
