[amsat-bb] Re: "spontaneous" LEILA activation

Hello. 

The Clicking and Popping have been on the transponder
from the beginning. They are very noticeable on the
SSTV Pictures sent thru AO40. This noise has been
getting steadily worse. Even with very strong signals
20db plus S/N there are marks in each Picture.
Pulse width nearly always the same.
We at first thought it was the Leila, Now thinking
that
it might be surface radars. If you want to see
examples of this noise, Take a look at some of the
pictures coped thru AO40.
