[amsat-bb] ALON / ALAT 000/00 ?

I saw the above figures on http://www.amsat-dl.org/journal/adlj-p3d.htm.

A few days ago, the figures were 358 / 02.
Since I'm not that familiar with how ALON / ALAT changes, I'm 
wondering if 000/00
is a "misprint", or those are the actual values.

I've been using ALAT / ALON figures in Nova, to give me Squint printouts.
