Hi list!
I think this discussion is useless until _you contributers_ don't announce
dates in a worldwode understandable format!!
This list will be read by hams around the world and we don't have a list in
our shack with all these "funny" abbreveations of timezones and offsets to
UTC time ....
So please think about to announce dates in UTC (or z ..... ;.)) ) only!
