The client software I use with all Windoze platforms is Socket Watch
(SWATCH) available from
   http://www.locutuscodeware.com
with a $10 shareware license fee.

On the NTP server side, take a look at Rick's (W2GPS) TAC32Plus "pro"
version of TAC32:
   http://www.cnssys.com/cnsclock/Tac32PlusSoftware.html
