[amsat-bb] Kodiak Star Launch 80% GO

WX looks good.  COunt down is running for launch tonight at 0100z 23 Sept
(Thats 2100 EDT Saturday night on the 22nd.)  GIve me a few moments to
update the KEPS on the web page.  The updated ones will show a julian date
of 266.  But ground track remains the same no matter when it is launched.
