Kodiak Star and APRStk

Launch at 0100z 22 Sept is scrubbed due to Weather. Next try will be
the same time on 23rd (60% chance). If that is no good, then it may slip
to 26th (UTC) after the weather passes through.
ALso, I finally had time to update APRStk with the equations for PCsat
telemetry. This program is just a special .exe version of APRSdos that
adds all the satellites to the normal APRS tracking pages:
* Shows locations of all amateur satellites
* Displays a "next-2-hour" graphic of satellites expected in view
* Auto tunes the Kenwood D7 and D700 to any satellite in view
* Auto tunes to track doppler, and switches between 1200/9600 bd
* Can drive the $64 Radio shack Rotator to auto track all satelites
* And of course, plots everyone heard via the satellite on the map
and most other APRS functions.
In otherwords, APRStk can be a fully automated (but low-tech) satellite
station for all the Low Earth Orbiting satellites using any old 386 or
better PC and a cheap rotator with a small VHF and UHF beam. Sorry, it is
low tech by Bill Gates standards, but it can be useful.
APRStk.exe must run in an existing APRSdos directory.
PKUNZIP -DN ASTK-EXE.ZIP if you already have a fully installed APRSdos
PKUNZIP -DN APRSTK.ZIP for a clean start
