News Conference at 2130z 20 Sept yields poor weather in Kodiak.

Launch window runs from 0100z to 0300z daily:
22 Sept Launch has 90% chance of cancellation due to WX
23 Sept Launch has 60% chance of cancellation due to WX
24 Sept Launch has 40% chance of cancellation due to WX

NASA TV Launch coverage for the 22 Sept (UTC) attempt begins 1.5 hours
before launch at 2330z tomorrow 21 Sept.  THats 1930 EDT on the 21st
(Friday night).
