I expect we've all got our own list.  Here's mine:

FODTrack for real time Az/El control and Receive doppler prediction
  (full doppler control on LEO birds)
Traksat for AO-40 Squint reporting
FODTrack and Diskolator for AO-40 uplink prediction
PCTrack 2.14 for future pass prediction and LEO eye candy
