Re: Source for 3 ft. dish??

Hi Hasan et al.,
Well... my dream antenna is closer :-)
The specs are in the web, no pictures.
They have .6m (23"), .8m (32"), .9m (36")m dish dia and more, check this page
for the specs of the small dishes.
called today and ordered a .8m f/D .34 dish painted (you can order
unfinished) plus LNB struts ($55.00 plus S&H).
Initially I was thinking of 90 cm. When I saw they have 80 cm, I
re-considered windload and point accuracy and finally with the 24GHz news I
opted for the smaller option.
Waiting for it to arrive!

BTW, I am sure that 24GHz is gonna be to AO-40 what 2.4 was to AO-13.
24GHz Wow!!!! this makes 2.4 GHz low band. Well... gonna learn plumbing ;-)
CU on 24GHz!!!!
AO-40 What a beautiful toy!!!!
