I wasn't really operating. I was trying out a new power supply I tried 
to build for my Millicom, which was a total failure; the "wall-wart" 
power supply I was using was *full* of noise, making the D/C totally 
useless. I gave up and ordered a nice power supply from Mark N0NSV; 
it's the right voltage, and the connectors will be compatible. When it 
gets here we'll settle whether the low RX gain and yukky S/N here are 
due to low volts into the Millicom.
