[amsat-bb] Qrp on AO-40

Finally took my dish and downconverter out of the garage today and basically
set the dish on the ground and listened to AO40 with my FT-817 this
afternoon.  Signals seemed great.

What is the lowest power/antenna that people have had reasonable,
reproducible succes at getting into the bird?  WHat kind of qrp
power/portable antenna setup is possible
