RE: Look for NA stations on AO40 today
Dave:
Charlie, VR2XMT was up last night (my time) working JA4CMZ and several other
Japanese stations. I heard him on my Myers BBQ with a Myers SBDX2400
(Conifer) downconverter, no pre-amp thru a 1/4 inch glass windows off my
balcony. He has a very nice signal. I am waiting for a DB6NT pre-amp and a
new "small" 70cm antenna, then I will also be up shortly.
Also heard a strong signal from JH2ESW calling CQ on SSB, alternating on
SSTV, with no replies.
