[amsat-bb] WiSPDDE Update

Hi all,
    Sorry, there was a bug calculating opposite uplink doppler correction.
This has been corrected and the page was updated.
    There is also some enhancement in the satellite data window, now
multiple entries for the same satellite can be kept in the configuration (to
use different transponders etc.).
