 the rain, then G3WDG's Microwave component service has a combiner for two of 
 the 57762 modules.
 Output power 2 x 18W = 36W
 Cost  2 x £50 + combiner kit abt £20 + box and heatsink / fan. So you'll get 
 change from £150 ($225)
