[amsat-bb] WiSPDDE update

Hi all,
    WiSPDDE 3.0.56 now supports Nova for Windows (thanks to Alan Adamson). I
have not tested it much so some feedback would be nice...
    It is available along with its sources from: www.chasque.apc.org/franky
