[amsat-bb] AO40 briefly off-air today?

Hello,

I started listening for AO-40 today at AOS, about 2100Z.
I could not hear the beacon, and then suddenly at MA8 (about
2114Z) I started hearing it, several KHz higher than I normally
expect it.  Did anyone else have the same problem, or is just
a glitch in my setup (or my tuning)?
