Dear All,

Tiungsat - 1 celebrates its 1st anniversary on 26th September, 2001.  

I have been asked to invite brief comments from the AMSAT community re:
Tiungsat,  so that they can be included in the booklet to be issued for the
occasion.  

We have also requested that Tiungsat - 1 be given an OSCAR designation with
a prefix of MO
followed by whatever number as per OSCAR register.
