I don't know if they have kits in stock, but if they do, you
should consider building one. I ordered a kit, and
successfully built it. They do a super job of organizing the
parts into pop-top containers, all of which are labeled. I
never had a problem identifying parts or following their
instructions.

I used a pair of headband type magnifying goggles, and a
weller iron. I'm 59, and nearsighted, so more often than not
I popped my contacts so I could see close in; the addition
of the goggles made it easy to see each part and connection.
Sometimes it was difficult getting the parts to stay in
place where I could solder one side, but with patience and
some ingenuity in holding down parts, you should expect
success.

And there is literally no alignment involved. Set an initial
voltage level, then measure and set total current draw, and
you're done.
