[amsat-bb] Patch feed

I've done some exploratory work on a patch feed for a dish.

It costs practically nothing, build it in an hour or two,
and for me it performs better than various versions of helices
I've experimented with.

The sun is my signal source, and I used that for several adjustments.
I have no idea of the gain or the circularity; no real way to measure
either.

Many AO40 operators have asked me for the info, and it is here:
