[amsat-bb] UO-14 Silent over Europe

Hello,

today I have tried 3 times to work in different orbit the UO-14 sat but no 
signal was heard by me.
Anybody have news about the UO-14 sstatus? was the sat disable from ground 
station or is dead ?
