Re: AO-40: Momentum Wheels tested!!!



We know the dry mass,  since we will learn the MOI,
and other information,  we will not only know what
mass is left, but we can probably figure the DISTRIBUTION
of this mass,  and that will tell us what tanks have what
in them to a rough degree!
