Actually, you can get the moment of inertia, which depends on both the mass,
and the distribution of the mass.  If you assume that the spacecraft
configuration is not changed by the "December Event" then you can figure the
fuel remaining.  Getting the delta V from a burn is cleaner, but may not be
available due to the uncertainties we have seen reported.
