[amsat-bb] Philips-Tech and Helix -2

Well, my first on-the-air test of the helix feed was very satisfying. 
Subjectively, the signals were much more readable, even with QSB from 70 cm 
uplink, My uplink was above the noise floor instead of in it  Made several 
nice qso even with bad squint. The Rudak signal is very strong (7 S units 
on the FT847 above noise level)  Waiting for MA 44 for more testing. Should 
hear transponder noise floor, so will be listening.
