[amsat-bb] sound card/DSP audio filters?

Hello all,

Is there a Windows program out there that does audio filtering/noise 
reduction/notching type of functions with a regular soundblaster audio card?

I pipe the audio from my TS-790A into my soundcard (for AO-40 telemetry) 
and have started wishing for something like this for voice contacts on the 
bird was well.

Does anybody have any pointers?
