Regards for all Satellite amateurs.

I have a simple question........................................

Exist one methode or publication, to know when the transponders and beacons
in specific pass (orbit), wil be turning on or turning off ?

and then, don't waste the time in passes of satellite, where someone have
expect to receive signals?.(and the satellite was or will off)

"The team of satellite administration", have a internet site to publicate a
list (for example), in fuction of time, of active devices on satellite.?
