[amsat-bb] RUDAK, AO-40 Orbit 354

Testing and software loading on RUDAK and the experiments will continue on 
Orbit 354, starting at 0200 UTC on 2001-08-07.  The bulk of the work will 
be done using the  S2 transmitter from 0200 to 0300.  Testing will continue 
from approx. 0300 to 0330 using the S1 Tx.  During this time the passbands 
will be closed and the beacons may be on or off.  After approx. 0330 UTC, 
the passbands will be opened again for operation.   This should leave the 
best portion of the pass available for normal use.

We have magnetorqued back to the solar sensor edge to improve the squint 
angle.  Currently, ALON/ALAT is ~ 342/3.
