[amsat-bb] McMurdo AMSAT or PACKET needed

There are actually 3 amateur satellites on the upcoming mid Sept launch.

After PCsat deploys in the first orbit, STARSHINE will separate from the
launcher over the south pacific.  We need someone in McMurdo Sound to
listen for the activation of STARSHINE on 145.825 9600 baud packet.

If anyone knows of a HAM there with 9600 baud packet capability, how
about forwarding this to him.  NASA wants soonest confirmation of proper
deployment.  Even if said HAM does not have packet or 9600 baud, he can
still listen for the data burst once a minute....  PCsat and SAPPHIRE will
be over minutes later and also will be heard...
