Oops. It was dumb of me to include the default IT.INI in the upgrade 
distribution. Installing the upgrade overwrote any customizations you had 
put in IT.INI. Sorry about that.

As of now I've removed IT.INI from the upgrade distribution, so people 
downloading it now should be safe.
