This of course ASSumes that all "police" use packet cluster , which of
course is not so .
In spokane we use rdlap which is a motorola protocol for our over the
air interface and sometime in the next two years we will go to tcpip (
if motorola ever gets their act together , which I doubt will happen)
.......
Our actual cad application which rides on top of the rdlap layer is
"txmessenger" which has a easy to use graphical interface for all the
deputies that are not computer literate .........
