I can't get the page to load ...I get the proverbial 404 error, Page Cannot
Be Found.

I've tried going in to amsat, dropping down directories,but it just won't
take it. The URL in the email is:

http://www.amsat.org/amsat/instanttrack/it151up.exe


I can get to the instanttrack directory, but when I click on the link to get
the file, I get the above mentioned error.
