[amsat-bb] AO-40 current status

I tried in vain to find AO-40 this morning.
Time: 0630 Z
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

What is the current transponder status?
Is the middle S2 beacon always on?
Where can the most accurate keps be found?
