[amsat-bb] AO40 Mystery Force

Could the mystery force be because of a CEMF being 
generated in the heat exchanger tubes by their movement
through the Earth's magnetic field at perigee. 

This would cause a certain amount of current to circulate 
in the tubes according to their resistance. This current 
would generate a magnetic field that would oppose the 
spinning moment of the spacecraft and slow the spin.  
I'm not sure of the relationship of the heat exchanger 
tubes to the spacecraft's outer dimensions but maybe 
it could cause other aberrations in it's motion also.
