More use of Amateur freqs

In the U.S. they have the Family Radio Service around 460 MHz. Here in
Russia (and other parts of Europe?) they have LPD's (low power device)
which operate... drum roll... 433.075  434.75 MHz! 69 channels 25 KHz
spacing narrow band FM (really probably phase modulation), 10 milliwatt
max. Most seem to be similar to the FSR HT's (same manufacturers - the
Yaesu HT is the DJ-S41C: RX/TX 425-450 Hz (USA), 433.050-434.790 Hz!!!
(Europe). Some models tested here in Irkutsk output up to 500 milliwatts,
but who counts in Russia...
