[amsat-bb] cw ht for satellites

Hi all

Years ago there were two ssb 2m handhelds available - one by
Santec and the other by Mizuho so it is possible.  Like mentioned
on the bb - is there a market for it?  Otherwise, you can go
the KK7B route and build up one, find an IC202, buy an 817,
or build up a simple dedicated IF rig.
