[amsat-bb] EL39/EM30

i am going to travel to port neches, texas to a park... oak bluff memorial park 
which splits el39/em30 on monday, july 30. i will be there for the 1512z and 
1652z pass of uo14. also the 1611z pass of ao27. it is about a 2 hour drive 
from houston so if i run into any road problems, i might miss the 1512z pass.
