Yes, that is the current packet module.  We will be replacing this one with 
the new one we are flying, but will keep this one on-board.  Once we deploy 
the Service Module antennas (late this year), the packet module in this 
picture will serve as the power supply for the 70 cm radio that is 
currently on-board but cannot be operated without the service module 
antennas.

Once we have this, we can support multi-band operations.

What's that white box to the right of the HT that says "AMSAT" (upside 
down) on it?  Is it the TNC, due to be replaced?
