...and UO-14 over the US East Coast might be considered "Extreme CDMA
in a saturated channel". :-)...although the folks working half-duplex
aren't in a good position for collision detection. ARISS packet doesn't
even *pretend* to detect collisions.
Seriously, this needn't be a prohibitively complex or expensive
undertaking, given currect levels of tech. There is certainly the
requisite talent in the community to do it.
