It's easy - I ignore doppler!

True, it's not perfect, but it gets you in the ballpark, and should be pretty darn close when the bird "hangs" out at apogee for long-ish 
periods of time.  I used such a chart for tagging FO20/29 contacts on Field Day, with mucho doppler - it gives you a starting place to 
start hunting for yourself.

Obviously computer control (or the computer responding to where you spin the dial) with automagic doppler correction is best, but a 
static chart is the next best thing.
