[amsat-bb] XM1 and XM2 noise floor

Using the UEK-3000 and 24 dBi dish, with the PCR-1000 IF, the noise floor is 
S5 at both 2333.5 and 2344.0 MHz, and I caught the 2344.0 sig at S8 at one 
point. Resting noise level is S0. Overall gain of the UEK-3000 is pretty low 
at those freqs.
(75 to 90 MHz IF.) I'll try the lollipop next.
