[amsat-bb] What Kind of Coax

What kind of coax are y'all using for your converted MMDS downconverters?
I'm curious as I have some RG-6, but it's solid conductor.  I'm worried
about the twisting and turning that center conductor is going to endure.
Any suggestions or ideas?
