AO-40: long term save orbit

The AO-40 command team made a long term calculation of the s/c's orbit
with the latest available element set.

AO-40's is in a stable orbit for much more than the next 20 years.

Perigee is oscillating in a save range between 810 and 1260 km,
Mean motion steadily decreases, and inclination varies from ~5 to
10.5 degs (see graphic http://www.amsat-dl.org/journal/AO-40_20yrs.gif).
