[amsat-bb] Arcjet feed system?

Hi Guys,
    A possibility came to mind when reading about AO-40's arcjet
problem. I remember reading somewhere that the arcjet system was
designed for operation with the spacecraft in 3-axis mode. What effect
would this have on the arcjet's propellant feed system if used with the
spacecraft spinning? It looks like I have some reading and some
telemetry analysis to do.
