Re: Cable attenuations for 2.4ghz? (And Ft736r output power)?

Good morning Al,

I checked www.belden.com an it gives the following:

9913F
2000 7.4 dB/100ft and 3000 MHz 9.6 Be safe and design for 9 dB for 2400

I checked a couple of their RG-6 cables and they only rate them to 1000 MHz
... but extrapolating looks like 12-15 dB/100 ft at 2400 MHz.

Belden RG213's chart looks like this:
     MHZ DB/100 FT. WATTS
        1 .17 9295
       10 .55 2761
       50 1.3 1122
      100 1.9 748
      200 2.7 494
      400 4.1 326
      700 6.5 235
      900 7.6 205
      1000 8.0 194
      4000 21.5 110

LMR 400 is 6.8 db/100 ft at 2500 MHz
