  It was totaly same at here Japan during 14:00-16:00z (MA 9-36).
The signal strength was enough but about 10dB weak than #307 orbit
I tried. I could not get any telemetry blocks. I think that was the
ranging signal.
  And its frequency was little but high than the normal S2-MB. I
heard it first at around 2401.310MHz and my tracking soft said the
dopp. shift should be -24KHz. So the signal will be on 2401.330MHz
or more higher.
