The PSK tone is changing by a few tens of hertz when the magnetorquing is ON
because of the high courrent in to the magnet coils producing a small drop
of voltage across the battery.
In any case the PSK here using an old for OSCAR-10 ,AMSAT-DL demodulator
(AFDEM-BYTREG-SYNINF)
is perfectly decoded with CRCC OK blocks on P3T with magnetorquing ON
