Richard,

I heard Paul on a Saturday morning pass of FO20 this past weekend.  He
worked a couple of US stations before he lost the bird.  He had to explain
the callsign.  Paul said that the "2E1" is a GB novice callsign.  Hope to
get a chance to work him in the near future.
