[amsat-bb] Has AO-40's MA counter been updated?

Listening here at 02 Jul 2323Z with MA reported by Nova as 195 but nothing
heard.

Either my setup is having a aberration (likely!) or perhaps the MB is still
off, for example if AO-40's internal MA counter is still between 100 and
180.

Any other reports helpful...
