Hi All,
Using this modified element set 100 i got the AOS on perigee of orbit 306 at
18:55 UTC instead of 18:45 UTC as predicted by IT and hence with only 10
minutes of delay.
The AOS was at perigee because of the high rate of frequency change for
Doppler.
I decoded 228 TLM blocks all with CRCC OK
Signals where extremely strong with no QSB up to 19:53 UTC
The first A block was received at 18:58:34
The last A block was received at 19:53:16
I have modified again the element set 100 for the orbit 307 tacking in to
account to advance the AOS by 10 minutes.
I hope this element set will work for orbit 307
